Team Management:
Manage a team of 15 to 20 workers specialized in steel outfitting fabrication and installation.
Develop and implement detailed weekly and monthly work plans for the team.
Organize tasks to achieve HSE, Quality, Milestone, and budget targets within a challenging environment.
Develop the skills of the workers and participate in their training programs.
Collaboration for Goal Achievement:
Collaborate closely with Engineering and Planning departments to achieve project targets.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering or a related field.
Experience:
Proven experience in shipbuilding or ship repair.
People and works solid management experience.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong team spirit.
Methodical and organized approach to production management.
English proficiency (Mandatory for both written and spoken).
Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office).
Shipbuilding technical issues interest.
