PVD Training is currently looking for experienced and qualified professionals to join our Offshore Oil & Gas workforce.
We are seeking candidates with strong technical expertise, practical offshore experience and the ability to work effectively in demanding operational environments.
09 OPEN POSITIONS
1. Drilling Superintendent
Responsible for providing overall leadership and supervision of drilling operations, ensuring safe, efficient and compliant execution of drilling programs.
2. Drilling Supervisor
Responsible for supervising day-to-day drilling activities, coordinating rig operations and ensuring drilling programs are executed safely and efficiently.
3. Senior Drilling Supervisor
A senior operational role requiring extensive drilling, workover and completion experience, with strong capability in well control, drilling operations and offshore leadership.
4. Mud Consultant
Responsible for drilling-fluid engineering, mud properties monitoring, hydraulics and solids-control optimization to support safe and efficient drilling operations.
5. Completion Supervisor
Responsible for supervising completion activities and ensuring well completion programs are executed safely, efficiently and in accordance with operational requirements.
6. Wellsite Geologist (Vietnamese candidates priority)
Responsible for geological monitoring and interpretation at the wellsite, supporting real-time geological decision-making and coordination with drilling and subsurface teams.
7. Material Coordinator
Responsible for offshore material and logistics coordination, including inventory, cargo, material tracking, supply, manifest and coordination of vessel/material movements.
8. HSE Supervisor
Responsible for offshore HSE supervision, safety compliance, risk assessment, inspections, permit-to-work activities and promoting a strong safety culture across operations.
9. Operations Geologist
Responsible for geological and operational oversight, real-time data interpretation, geological reporting and coordination with wellsite geologists, G&G teams and drilling operations.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Candidates should have:
Relevant degree, technical qualification or professional certification appropriate to the position.
Relevant experience in the Oil & Gas industry, with offshore experience highly preferred.
Strong technical and operational competence in the relevant discipline.
Experience working in offshore drilling / production / wellsite operations, depending on the position.
Relevant offshore safety, well-control, HSE or professional certifications as applicable.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work effectively in an offshore rotational working environment.
Good command of English for communication and professional activities.
For senior and supervisory positions, candidates are expected to demonstrate strong leadership, decision-making, operational control and safety awareness.
