Job Description :
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and maintenance teams to establish project schedules and timelines.Prepare turnaround master schedules including shutdown, maintenance, and startup activities.
Develop project budgets and cost forecasts.
Monitor project expenses and analyze cost variances.
Track project progress against schedules and milestones.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management.
Identify potential delays and recommend corrective actions.
Support planning and execution of plant turnaround (TA) activities.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure efficient shutdown and startup operations.
Monitor KPIs such as schedule adherence, cost performance, and resource utilization.
Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and project procedures.
Maintain proper documentation for all project control activities.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree or Engineering Degree in Maintenance or related field.Experience in Project Controlling or Project Control activities.
Good English communication skills.
Strong interaction and coordination skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of SAP, ERP systems, or related software is preferred.
Ability to work effectively with multiple departments and stakeholders.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
