Job Description :
Provide legal support on all judicial and non-judicial matters affecting the Company.Lead the drafting, negotiation, and review of complex commercial agreements, particularly within the oil & gas sector, with a strong focus on contractual matters (excluding M&A and project finance).
Support contractual activities related to supply chains, including long-term supply/offtake agreements, MoUs, and project development agreements.
Ensure compliance with applicable national and international laws and industry regulations.
Identify legal risks and propose effective mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with internal departments such as Finance, Tax, Procurement, and HSE.
Liaise with government authorities, regulators, and external stakeholders on legal and compliance matters.
Manage and coordinate external legal counsel.
Support activities related to agribusiness and carbon-offset initiatives (considered an advantage, not mandatory).
Maintain legal documentation, records, and contract lifecycle management.
Support corporate governance and company secretarial matters.
Job Requirements :
Mandatory Experience Requirements:Seniority between 5 and 9 years (neither below nor above this range);
Prior experience in the oil & gas sector, with a focus on contractual matters (excluding profiles primarily oriented toward M&A or project finance);
Any exposure to agribusiness would be considered a valuable asset;
Strong negotiation and communication skills with strong proficiency in both English and Vietnamese (spoken and written);
Working location will be our office in Ho Chi Minh City
